Hon. John-Peter Amewu, MP For Hohoe constituency debunks false propaganda raised against him in a video with a public notice, the release addresses four key points noticed in the video that seems to depict him.

Debunking False Propaganda Against Hon. John-Peter Amewu, MP For Hohoe.
Our attention has been drawn to a misleading video circulating on social media, falsely depicting Hon. John-Peter Amewu in a staged borehole test. We wish to clarify the following:  

• The individual in the video is NOT Hon. John-Peter Amewu. His appearance and stature are entirely different from the MP.

• This video is part of a propaganda campaign aimed at damaging Hon. Amewu’s reputation by those who cannot accept his historic victory in Hohoe.

• The language, people, and setting in the video are not reflective of Hohoe’s culture. 

• These tactics reflect desperation by the opposition, unable to comprehend the continued support Hon. Amewu enjoys from the people of Hohoe.

We urge the public to disregard this baseless video. Hon. Amewu remains committed to Hohoe's development.
